I love your food but my order cost 17.75 and I paid 20. Your driver kept telling me he didn't have change and since I didn't have any change I had to give him the rest of the money. Why can't the driver give change?

First time customer - we had no idea that anyone delivered takeaway to our little village (in the middle of nowhere) and after discovering that Ruby's did (for free) we ordered straight away. Food was hot and delicious, delivery service was friendly and efficient - I can't comment on the atmosphere as we were not in the restaurant. Well done Ruby's - you've just found yourselves another regular customer - best Indian meal we've had for many years! We can't wait to try some more of your dishes very soon.

Been here in May on my way to London. Ordered lamb kebab on a plate. And that was MIND-BLOWINGLY delicious! Also having nice talk with the owner, lovely guy, devoted to his restaurant. And small, rather random, observation: I would add more decent spirits on their bar shelf, not only that all-popular rubbish.

We are so gutted but we will not be ordering from you again. We really enjoy the food... it is quality. But our experience and the attitude of your staff tonight was horrendus. After waiting an hour and a half, we called to ask when it would arrive... to ve told another 20 minutes as you were really busy. 30 mins passes so we called again... to be told it would be another 15 minutes. When we point out we were told this half hour ago, the young lady on the phone responded with "That's not my problem." Well it is as you were the one who told us 20 minutes initially. And what a rude attitude to customers who had been waiting. Order finally arrived 2hr 30mins after ordering... and after 3 phone calls. And they really couldnt care less. Such a shame as it seemed a genuine, lovely indian restaurant/takeaway service.

My partner and I are new to the area and have been trying out some local takeaways and WOW Ruby’s is officially our favourite! Great deals on the website, quick delivery and delivery man was really lovely. Good prices and the food was incredddibllleee! Portions are plentiful! Me and my partner are vegetarian and it can sometimes be tricky to find decent options for takeout but there were so many veggie dishes to choose from that were all amazing!

Nice restaurant friendly staff, good food. I have visited a few times now and it is my goto Indian restaurant now there are others considerable closer but this is worth the drive out.
